50% deposit is due before work begins. This holds your spot and your category. The remaining 50% is due before you receive your final deliverables. No deposit, no start. No final payment, no final product. Simple.

What I Can't Guarantee
What you do with it. I can hand you the best brand in this town — but I can't make you use it, post it, talk about it, or show up for it. The tools are yours. The system is yours. The results depend on you putting it to work.

Revisions
Holy Sh*t You Look Amazing includes two rounds of revisions on all creative deliverables. Your Problem Is… and The First Date include one round. Additional revisions beyond that are billed at $75/hour and invoiced separately.
Your Category Is Exclusive
Once you claim your category, no competitor in your space gets the same service in this market. That exclusivity is locked in the moment your deposit is received. If final payment is not completed, the exclusivity ends and the category reopens.
Timeline
Work begins within 3 business days of deposit. Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks for Your Problem Is… and The First Date, and 3–5 weeks for Holy Sh*t You Look Amazing. Timelines may vary based on complexity and how quickly you provide feedback.
What Happens If Things Go Sideways
If I can't complete the work for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full. If you change your mind after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable — it covers the time and creative work already invested. If you have a problem, talk to me first. I'm a real person and I will make it right.
One Last Thing
I reserve the right to feature your brand transformation as an example of my work — before and after, with your permission. You'll always be asked first. I'm proud of what I build and I want the world to see it. So will you.
